Elyah Group is supporting one of its key partners in the enhancement of its ServiceNow CMDB and related developments.
The projects are managed using an Agile methodology within a collaborative technical environment.

Objective

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
The consultant will participate in technical workshops with infrastructure and application teams and work closely with an established Agile CMDB team.

Main Responsibilities

Technical & Strategic

• Configure the ServiceNow ITOM module (Discovery & Service Mapping).

• Develop and maintain the required patterns, scripts, and configurations to support ITOM.

• Lead workshops with infrastructure and application owners.

• Validate Discovery results and align integration strategies.

• Ensure CMDB data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.

• Provide expert guidance on ITOM best practices and process optimization.

Technological scope (non-exhaustive):
DB2, Oracle, Cisco Catalyst, Tomcat, WebSphere, OpenShift, Microsoft Intune.

Collaboration

• Work as part of an Agile team (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Collaborate with CMDB Stewards, ServiceNow Developers, and CMDB Architects.

• Contribute to backlog refinement and estimation of ITOM-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM development (Discovery & Service Mapping).

• ServiceNow certifications required.

• Solid understanding of CMDB architecture and data model.

• Experience with heterogeneous environments and multiple technologies.

• Experience in Agile environments and technical workshop facilitation.

• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and teamwork abilities.

Mission Details

• Location: Luxembourg City Centre (hybrid up to 2 days/week, according to internal policy and cross-border regulations)

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Duration: 6 months, renewable
